1. Plan and deliver edits to existing Lesson Plan Frameworks from SPRING Centres in accordance with the SPRING curriculum frameworks, focusing on incorporating key areas of early childhood education, including but not limited to: - Personal, social and emotional development - Sensory integration - Communication, language and literacy - Problem-solving, reasoning and numeracy - Physical wellbeing, health and nutrition - Understanding of the world - Creativity and the Arts 2. Ensure the SPRING Learning programme reflects acceptance of the cultural diversity of global citizens 3. Engage with families within the entire SPRING facility throughout the day and during scheduled classes; understanding and respecting the value of continued child development, observation and opportunities for learning in all environments 4. Model and encourage positive interaction between all adults and children in the centre 5. Assist with planning and executing special events such as but not limited to; cultural days, concert shows, outings, charity events and strategic partner collaborations

1. Experienced in kindergarten teaching 2. Warm and cheerful personality, willing to communicate 3. At least one-year commitment to China 4. Demonstrate strong communication skills, especially with the kids 0-6 years old. 5. Bachelor degree or above 6. TEFL/TEOSL/CELTA(N) 7. Good English, English can be used as a working language 8. Abide by local laws and regulations
