工作职责
1. Communicate effectively with players through the ticketing system and social platforms; 2. Responding to in-game tickets in a timely manner, managing and collecting player feedback, complaints, and concerns; 3. Handling player-reported issues with a focus on providing solutions, active interaction and follow-up; 4. Proofreading Traditional Chinese text (including but not limited to operational activities, in-game text and advert text); 5. Building and maintaining good relationships between teams and departments.
职位要求
1. Have good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English; 2. Love games, enjoy communicating with users, and understand the psychology and habits of players; 3. Strong computer skills, able to operate multiple applications and platforms simultaneously; 4. Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills; 5. Proactive, creative, and motivated to continuously improve and learn; 6. When necessary, work outside of working hours; 7. Outgoing personality, with good teamwork spirit and ability to withstand pressure; 8. Acceptable for fresh graduates or interns.
