Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the translation of company documents, contracts, marketing materials, website content, etc. from Chinese to English, ensuring accuracy, fluency, and compliance with local language conventions. Assist with on-site interpretation in meetings, business negotiations, conference calls, and other settings to ensure smooth communication. Proofread and polish translated content to ensure language quality and consistency. Research relevant materials and maintain and update the terminology database as needed. Assist with other daily language-related tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in English, translation, or related fields. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin), with proficiency in English and familiarity with the language conventions of Singapore or Hong Kong (e.g., familiarity with common expressions in Singaporean or Hong Kong English is preferred). At least one year of relevant translation experience, preferably in finance, law, technology, or business. Proficiency in Office software and translation tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ, etc.). Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
