Headquartered in Taiwan, MRY Electronics has 11 worldwide locations in China, the USA, Singapore, and Thailand.Now we’re looking for an Enterprise English Teacher (Full Time), to help our managers to learn English, and improve the company’s English level.Job Place: Shenzhen, ChinaJob Place: Da Lang Area (Very close to Da Lang Sports Park), Long Hua District, Shenzhen, ChinaMain responsibilities:1. Develop an English teaching plan based on the students (the managers in our enterprise)’ English proficiency level; 2. After joining us, you should talk with every manager of our company, and become familiar with the work content of each position and the company's operating procedures (and will join some meetings and negotiations, to have a better understanding our company’s business), and get to know the English level of every manager, then you can make good teaching plans; 3. Arrange English teaching plan according to the schedule of senior supervisors. The work time is 8 hours 5 days per week, you should talk with the managers and to arrange the teaching plan and teaching time. 4. Develop different teaching plans and methods based on the different English foundations of students (the managers) 5. The teaching will be in small class, try your best to improve their (the managers’) English level effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:1/ Come from native English speaking countries, such as US, UK, AUS, CAN or New Zealand.2/ At least 2 years’ English teaching experience, in adult teaching is preferred.3/ Strong communication and coordination skills - managers in a company are different from school students.4/ can work and live in Shenzhen full time, adapt to the lifestyle of China (especially Shenzhen)5/ can speak daily Chinese, otherwise it’s difficult for you to talk with some managers (students)
