Maintain records of International client contact information and accurately assess their requirements. 4. Oversee daily team operations, including training, performance evaluation, and member management. 5. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, continuously gathering insights to provide valuable recommendations to the company. 6. Regularly follow up with new international clients regarding samples and promptly address their requests. 7. Report challenges encountered during the sales process and propose improvement suggestions.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; overseas study or residency experience is preferred. 2. Proven experience in independently developing and maintaining B2B or B2C clients, both online and offline; familiarity with foreign trade export processes is essential. 3. A minimum of 3 years of foreign trade experience (with a focus on Europe and America), including team management experience; product development experience is advantageous. 4. A friendly demeanor and strong sense of responsibility, along with innovative thinking and a readiness to embrace challenges; experience in team building and management is preferred. 5. Willingness to travel overseas multiple times a year. 6. Strong market insight and development skills, adept at client relations and possessing excellent negotiation and adaptability abilities. 7. Language proficiency: CET6 score above 425 or IELTS score above 6.0, or equivalent B2 level in TOEFL or Duolingo, with solid English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in additional languages (such as German, Italian, French, Spanish, Arabic) is a bonus.
