Role Overview: As the Europe Market Expansion & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our business in the European market. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, managing the Madrid office, and bridging cultural and operational gaps between our global headquarters and local European operations. This role requires a unique blend of local market expertise, cross-cultural fluency, and entrepreneurial leadership. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate key European markets (e.g., Spain, France, Germany, Italy), including market research, competitor analysis, and local partnership development. Office Management: Oversee the setup and day-to-day operations of the Madrid office, including team hiring, local compliance, and administrative coordination. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue B2B and B2C opportunities, tailor sales approaches to local preferences, and achieve revenue targets. Cultural Bridging: Leverage your understanding of both European and Chinese business cultures to facilitate smooth communication, align strategies, and adapt global initiatives to local contexts. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams (marketing, product, supply chain) to ensure localized execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and customer support.

Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in market expansion, sales, or operations roles, preferably in consumer electronics, beauty tech, or skincare industries. Experience working with European and Chinese markets is highly desirable. Cultural Fluency: Deep understanding of European (especially Spanish) business customs, consumer behavior, and regulatory environments. Familiarity with Chinese corporate culture and communication styles. Language Skills: Mandarin Chinese: Professional proficiency (spoken and written) is essential for seamless collaboration with headquarters. Spanish & English: Fluency in both is required. Additional European languages (e.g., French, German) are a strong plus. Skills: Proven ability to build and lead local teams. Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
