工作职责
1. Core Responsibilities Business Development & Client Relationship Management As a company leader, this role involves driving new business initiatives for the firm and maintaining close relationships with clients. It requires a deep understanding of clients’ recruitment needs—especially for senior-level talent positions—to help them achieve their hiring objectives. Additionally, the role entails continuously acquiring new clients to expand the firm’s business scope. Team Management & Training Oversee the recruitment and training of high-caliber employees, lead the executive search team, develop team work plans and performance targets, enhance the team’s overall capabilities and work efficiency, and sustain the company’s innovation and competitive edge. Strategy Formulation & Execution Participate in developing the company’s growth strategies and operational plans. Adjust business directions based on local market conditions and industry trends in Singapore to ensure the company’s healthy and long-term development.
职位要求
Education & Major A bachelor’s degree or above is generally required, with preference given to candidates majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Work Experience Extensive experience in executive search is mandatory, typically requiring 5+ years in the industry; prior team management experience is highly preferred. Competencies Strong client and candidate management skills; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration abilities; Capacity to work under pressure; A results-driven mindset and a strong sense of professionalism.
