Job Description: Proficient in the principles and functions of laser processing detection equipment. Fully grasp the on-site installation process of the equipment, including DOE verification, equipment delivery, and other links. Timely handle customer issues and continuously improve technical services. Establish brand image, improve project execution efficiency and customer satisfaction. Dispatched to customer's factory site.

Requirements: Capable of both Chinese and English language proficiency, able to communicate through oral dialogue and documents. Major in Science or Engineering, bachelor’s degree or higher. Priority given to those with experience in technical support. Working diligently, have a sense of responsibility, be good at communication, and have a strong learning ability. May be in charge of other projects within India in the future and will need to accept certain business trips.
