Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead and optimize the financial operations of our Vietnam entity. This role requires comprehensive oversight of the finance function, strategic financial planning, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and group policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee Financial Systems: Establish, optimize, and manage Vietnam's financial policies, internal control procedures, and accounting systems to ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Group requirements. 2. Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead the annual budgeting process, financial analysis, and business forecasting to provide critical insights for strategic decision-making. Drive cost control initiatives and implement measures for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 3. Tax Strategy & Compliance: Develop and execute tax planning strategies to optimize the tax structure and mitigate tax risks. 4. External Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external parties including tax authorities, banks, and auditors to ensure compliant operations. 5. Treasury & Audit Oversight: Monitor and execute cash flow planning, oversee financing activities, manage foreign exchange exposure, and ensure cash flow security. Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external audits.

Qualifications: 1. Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Mandatory: Possession of a valid Vietnamese Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate. 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of financial management experience within the manufacturing sector (experience in EPE - Export Processing Enterprises highly preferred). At least 3 years of direct team management experience is required. 3. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese financial regulations, tax laws, and foreign exchange policies. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Demonstrated capability in full-cycle accounting, financial consolidation/reporting, and cross-border tax planning. 4. Language Skills: Fluency in Vietnamese is essential. Proficiency in English is a strong advantage. 5. Other: Must be based long-term in Vietnam. Possession of a Chief Accountant Certificate (Vietnam) is preferred.
