Ability to tailor teaching plans to students of varying skill levels. 3. Language Skills: Basic Chinese communication skills required, or proficiency in English for conducting classes. Must be able to clearly explain movement techniques and communicate effectively with students and parents. 4. Technical Skills: Solid foundation in ballet technique, mastery of classical ballet standards, posture requirements, and teaching demonstration skills. Ability to accurately demonstrate combinations and excerpts of varying difficulty levels. 5. Additional Preference: Candidates who can provide past teaching videos, performance experience, or relevant certifications will be given priority.
