工作职责
1.Give lessons to the customers according to the standard of i2 curriculum system;
2.Actively, professionally, and frequently communicate with clients (parents of students, or adult students) all relevant information regarding the performance and progress of the student;
3.Be willing to teach ALL ages and levels – if the teacher’s skill at teaching a certain age/level is weak, then the teacher will work to improve his/her teaching ability for that level;
4.Cooperate with the marketing team to prepare and lead scheduled enrichment activities for students.
5.Be responsible for students’ welfare and timely progress;
6.Cooperate with the School Principal, FT management, and other office staff to ensure constructive communication and efficient operation of the School;
7.Maintain student and class records in a timely and thorough manner;
8.Allow observation of classes by new colleagues, for training purposes;
9.Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps on short notice, when requested;
10.Cooperate with the marketing and multimedia teams in the creation of promotional materials. This may include occasional video/photo recordings of classes and teacher interviews;
11.On special occasions attend to school’s activities,like students‘ Christmas party, Halloween party, parents’ seminar even if it’s outside of regular working hours.
12.Develop and use suitable supplementary classroom materials as necessary for effective teaching;
13.Administer, correct, and record student assessments, and complete timely progress reports;
14.Teachers are expected to follow and implement all new innovations/changes within the company (downloading apps, filling out surveys, using new classroom techniques and technology, etc).
职位要求
1.Title: English Teacher;
2.Students Age: 3 to 9 years old mainly;
3.Class Size: 6 students per class;
4.Working Hours: 35 hours per week including 30 classes (40 minutes to each class) with 2 days off during weekdays.
Benefits Package
1.Fixed Income per Month: at least RMB 20,000 AFTER TAX depending on experience;
2.Assessment Bonus: Up to RMB 1,000 per month depending on performance;
3.Monthly class consumption bonus: Up to RMB 7,500 per month depending on performance;
4.Contract Renewal Bonus: RMB 12,000 for signing another 12-month contract after completing the current one;
5.Annual Leave: 10 working days;
6.Public holidays: 12 days including Christmas Day;
7.Insurance: Medical and accident insurance provided;
8.Relocation Support: 7 nights hotel cost reimbursement provided upon arrival + flight ticket reimbursement;
9.Visa support: Work visa provided.
