1. Basic Requirements - 4 Year College Degree, education major preferred - Native speakers of English - Work experience in Elementary school as homeroom teachers - Should be able to teach English, Math, Science for Elementary school students - positive and friendly to young students - Reliable, committed teachers - Should be able to understand different cultures, esp. Korean culture (About 70 percent of the students are Korean, and 30 percent are non-Korean) 2. Working Hours - From 8 to 4 (Mon-Fri). Except for one or twice for school events on Saturday. - Maximum teaching hours will be 25 classes per week. Can be increased with mutual agreement. 3. Salary and Benefit - Negotiable depending on teaching experience - If working for Summer/Winter School, extra salary will be paid. - About 50-day vacations (Summer and Winter, respectively) - Lunch provided 4.
