1、Teaching Objectives: Teach children aged from 3 to 16. 2、Prepare lessons according to the syllabus and arrange teaching contents. 3、Improve the standardized teaching plan. 4、Teach according to the arrangements of Dean of Studies and Teaching Supervisor. 5、Record the students' classroom situation and fill in the evaluation / feedback form. 6、Grade the students' homework, and provide feedback on forms / platform. 7、Communicate with parents on a regular basis, reply to parents' questions about teaching in a timely manner , and obtain parents' satisfaction. 8、Participate in school internal and external arrangements, such as English corner, development activities, etc.

Native English speakers (applicants who are from the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand or Canada and speak some Chinese are given priority) ,a bachelor degree or above, a TELF certificate, good pronunciation. 2. Outgoing, easy-going, kind-hearted and good at dealing with children 3. Responsible and skilled at promoting atmosphere in the class and making students enjoy learning English. 4.Passionate in teaching children, articulate and adept at organizing students and arousing their enthusiasm in studying.
