Responsible for a multinational team of Marketing Specialists, Designers and Copywriters, the FOREO Brand Manager is responsible for turning the brand’s vision of transforming the world of beauty into a reality. Focus on the US, European and Australian markets, working closely with Global Communications team to offer clear direction for the brand’s communication strategies and prepare unparalleled campaign materials that translate directly into results. For more information on FOREO products, visitwww.foreo.comESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:•Lead the overall strategic planning process for FOREO brand based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.•Manage the development of communication materials such as catalogues, website, brochures, packaging, print/online advertising and in-store displays.•Work to identify new business opportunities, markets and partners, and prepare customized solutions for key accounts.•Schedule full plan for new product introductions, marketing materials, business objectives and communication strategy. ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Manager and FOREO COO, you will communicate regularly with marketing specialists, graphic designers, copywriters, Communications Team and Global Sales teams across the organization. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, skills & abilities: •Highly self-motivated and directed with insatiable drive to succeed•Detailed understanding of cross-channel branding essential, both online and offline•Excellent creative and organizational skills•Detail-oriented with the experience to anticipate project needs and discern work priorities•Strong written and verbal communication skills•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment•Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude•Must be able to manage several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Minimum educational level: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Minimum experience: •Minimum 3 years related experience required, can be agency or in-house•Working knowledge of variety of innovative approaches to branding, with proven experience. Cosmetic, fashion and lifestyle experience may be a plus. Languages Required: •100% English Fluency/Native English speaker required
