We are a growing veterinary clinic looking for someone who is fluent in both Chinese and English to be the face of our clinic. Your daily tasks will be: - Greeting and receiving clients - Answering client enquiry, and bookings (seek medical advice from our vets where necessary) - Ensure a tidy and clean clinic environment - Send out couriers to clients - Checking invoices and collect payments - Ad hoc duties

- You will be required to be fluent in both verbal and written English and Chinese (at least conversational levels) - You enjoy talking and being attentive and helpful to clients - You love animals - You will be expected to quickly grasp basic veterinary knowledge - Common sense!!!! Though this is not a laborous role, you are required to be quite hands on. We value attitude over expereince, if you are able to demonstrate responsibility, initiative and a can do attitude, you will progress quickly. We are a growing business and we would like you and your role (also salary) to grow with us, where ultimately we would like to see you become responsible for the whole of clinic's operations.
