Location: Shanghai downtown and Yangzhou (if the job requests to be in Yangzhou , Shane English School Yangzhou will provide separate apartment) Student Age: 3 years old Start Date: Starting from November 1st , 2024 Working Schedules: Working schedules for the beginning would be 6 days per week, and 1 day off at each Wednesday; Working hours: 7 hours a day, the schedule are supposed to be given to the teacher 2-3 days in advance. After all team set up ready, the working schedule would be : 2 days morning shift from 7:30-12:30 and 3 days afternoon shifts from 3pm-9pm , plus one full day at weekend from 8am to 12:30 and 3-6pm; and one full day off at weekend. 1.The schedule template given here may be subject to the practical situation, so 5 hours a day will be the basic hours expected from the teacher and the schedule may be adjusted accordingly. The schedule is expected to be given as early as possible. 2.When traveling or similar situation happens, the teacher may be asked to travel together. In this case, both of the parties need a mutual understanding to deal with this kind of situation and 5 or 7.5 hours a day limit may not apply to this particular case. 3.Split Shifts These are defined as working days with two shifts separated by a break, including the meal period, or at least three hours between classes. (For example, the first class starts at 8:00 am. and the last class finishes at 19:00 pm., but there is a 4-hour break from 12:00-16:00. That means an 8-hour working day.) There will never be more than 12 hours between starting the first class and finishing the last class of the day. Overtime payment will not apply to split shifts, but they should be avoided if possible. Contract Period: One year employment contract, including one month’s’ probation period. Base Salary: CNY 80,000 before tax per month, Month base will be paid on a 12 months/year basis. And The salary will be paid at the last day of every month; CNY 40,000 out of above will be regarded as the the base pay and the other 40,000 will be regarded as the living allowance. Employment/Social Benefits We will sign official employment contract with the employee and also complies with all mandatory social insurance schemes and offers selected supplementary schemes for employees. Leaves: All Employees are entitled to all Chinese public holidays. In addition, we provide 10 days paid annual leaves for employees for every year. Asking leaves need be pre-apply and coordinate schedules with other teachers; Additional Insurance： We will provide additional Insurance covers Travel, Accident and Medical parts during all employment period; Moving Allowance： We will provide CNY gross 10,000 as the one time fixed moving allowance ;
