工作职责
The responsibilities of the assistant to the general manager mainly include the following aspects: 1. Assist the general manager in carrying out various tasks, handling daily affairs, including document organization, data collection, meeting organization, etc. 2. Responsible for coordinating communication and cooperation among departments to ensure smooth operation of the company. 3. Assist the general manager in business negotiations and customer visits, provide relevant information and support. 4. Responsible for arranging the general manager's itinerary, travel arrangements, and handling personal affairs. 5. Assist the general manager in formulating and executing the company's strategic plan, track and evaluate the implementation of the strategy. 6. Participate in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of important projects in the company, and assist the general manager in project management. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.
职位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business management, secretarial work, Chinese language and literature, etc. 2. Possess relevant work experience and be familiar with knowledge in enterprise operation management, business negotiation, and document writing. 3. Possess excellent organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, and adaptability, able to efficiently handle various affairs. At the same time, it is necessary to have a solid foundation in writing and be able to write various official documents and documents. 4. Possess a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics, able to keep company secrets and handle various emergencies. 5.
