General Manager (Regional F&B Group)A global restaurant group is looking for a qualified, serious, out-going and proactive General Manager to head up and lead our operations and development in Shanghai with future opportunities throughout China. We are a fun group of people with lots of experience in China and around the world. The General Manager will be solely responsible for leading the entire team as well as maintaining the sustained success and development of the group measure by the volume of total revenue as well as the net income in relation to the company's goals and sales objectives. The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of operations including purchasing of food and beverages, implementing quality and cost control, kitchen production, ensure employee's productivity, manage and train the work staff according to the company's standards in operation and or production.
