Growth Lead - ChinaLocation: Huangpu District, Shanghai Type: Full-time Reports to: Strategy & Ops Lead About CDN CDn develops an AI-powered CAM plugin that helps manufacturers complete CAM programming significantly faster. Our software is already used by manufacturers across Europe and North America. China is one of our highest-priority growth markets, with a localised website, local sales presence, and early evidence that AI-driven outreach can generate qualified leads. We are looking for a Growth Lead to build a qualified sales pipeline and establish repeatable growth channels in mainland China. Mission Generate qualified sales pipeline for CAM Assist in mainland China. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership. We are looking for someone who can identify what works, build the playbook, and scale it. Success will be measured by qualified leads generated, contribution to pipeline, and the development of repeatable growth channels and scalable CRM infrastructure. Responsibilities Inbound and Paid Acquisition ● Own inbound lead generation in mainland China. ● Launch and optimise campaigns across Baidu, WeChat, Douyin, and other relevant platforms. ● Identify and test industry publications, communities, directories, and advertising opportunities. ● Manage campaigns against CPL, lead quality, and pipeline targets. ● Create and localise landing pages, case studies, and campaign assets. ● Improve conversion rates across camassist.cn. ● Work with internal and external resources to launch campaigns and improve website performance.Outbound ● Build and scale AI-assisted outbound campaigns. ● Develop target account lists across China's manufacturing sector. ● Generate qualifified leads through WeChat, email, phone, and other relevant channels. ● Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates. Industry Presence ● Build relationships with relevant industry publications, media outlets, and communities. ● Secure coverage, partnerships, and speaking opportunities. ● Support trade shows and industry events that can generate qualifified leads. ● Help develop content relevant to Chinese manufacturers and CAM programmers. Requirements ● 4+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, performance marketing, business development, or a related role. ● Native Mandarin Chinese and professional English. ● Experience running measurable lead-generation campaigns with clear commercial objectives. ● Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. ● Experience implementing and/or confifiguring CRM software, NeoCRM / Xiaoshouyi experience is preferable but not essential. ● Experience using AI tools to improve research, outreach, content creation, or campaign execution. ● Comfortable building new processes from scratch and working independently. ● Based in mainland China and willing to travel when required. Nice to Have ● Experience in manufacturing, industrial software, CAD, CAM, ERP, MES, or related sectors. ● Familiarity with Siemens NX, Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar software. ● Existing network within the Chinese manufacturing sector. ● Experience working with international teams.
