领英集团作为中国最大的定制衬衫生产企业,现正面向海外市场拓展D2C(Direct-to-Consumer)业务。我们正在寻找一位具备国际视野、熟悉欧美市场、擅长社媒与互联网营销的项目经理,共同推动品牌全球化进程。 As China’s largest custom shirt manufacturer, Linking Group is expanding into global Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) markets. We are seeking a talented Business Project Manager (BPM) with strong digital marketing skills and an international mindset to help drive our overseas growth strategy.
职位要求
【岗位职责 / Responsibilities】 * 负责海外市场D2C业务的前期调研、客户定位和用户画像建立 Conduct market research, define customer profiles, and identify target users in overseas D2C markets * 通过社交媒体、跨境电商平台及其他数字渠道开发潜在客户 Develop leads via social media, e-commerce platforms, and other digital marketing channels * 与团队协作完成线上内容策划、品牌传播及活动推广 Collaborate with teams to plan online content, brand campaigns, and promotional events * 搭建用户增长模型,推动转化并持续优化 Build and optimize user acquisition funnels to drive traffic and conversions * 跟踪市场数据并定期向管理层汇报业务进展 Monitor key metrics and report progress to leadership on a regular basis 【任职要求 / Requirements】 * 母语为英语或英语水平接近母语,具备良好的中英文沟通能力 Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency; fluent in both English and Chinese preferred * 曾在欧美国家学习或工作,了解当地消费者行为与审美 Study or work experience in North America/Europe; strong understanding of local consumer habits and aesthetics * 熟悉社交媒体(如Instagram、TikTok、YouTube、Facebook)内容运营及营销策略 Proficient in managing social media platforms and executing marketing strategies * 具有海外独立站运营、跨境电商或品牌出海经验者优先 Experience in cross-border e-commerce, DTC brand building, or Shopify site operations is a plus * 具备结果导向思维,执行力强,有创业精神 Results-driven, highly self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
