工作职责
Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: • Manage the entire employee lifecycle processes for the EMEA region, includingonboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. 2. Talent Acquisition: • Lead full-cycle recruitment for the EMEA region, from job posting and sourcing tooffer negotiation and onboarding. • Build strong talent pipelines to meet current and future business needs. 3. Performance & Compensation Management: • Drive the annual performance review cycle and guide managers in setting goals andproviding effective feedback. •Support the annual compensation review process by providing data analysis andrecommendations to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. 4. HR Administration & Operations: • Oversee and handle all core HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employeerecords and managing HR documentation. • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies andprocedures. 5. Finance & Budget Oversight: • Assist in managing financial processes, monitor and manage HR-related budgets.
职位要求
Qualifications & Requirements: 1, Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner withdirect responsibility for the EMEA region. 2, Must be fluent in English, German, and Chinese to effectively communicate withstakeholders across the global organization. 3, Comprehensive knowledge of European labor laws, with specific expertise in Germanemployment law. Knowledge of other EMEA countries' labor laws is a strong plus. 4, Proven, hands-on experience in all areas mentioned above: recruitment, performancemanagement, compensation, employee lifecycle administration, and HR operations.
