工作职责
Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the recruitment of Internet positions, follow up the entire recruitment process, continuously improve the recruitment process and recruitment tools, and optimize and analyze the recruitment results; 2. Analyze recruitment needs, search resumes, communicate with candidates, make appointments for interviews, follow up interviews, negotiate salaries, and follow up on employment; 3. Expand and maintain recruitment channels, assist in establishing and improving the company's recruitment process and recruitment system; 4. Assist recruitment supervisors in establishing a reserve talent selection plan and talent reserve mechanism. 5. Indian HR Limited 6. Indian game promotion talents are preferred
