Description of Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the recruitment of functional personnel, technical personnel and production personnel;2. Responsible for the handling of human resources procedures for employees, including entry, resignation, transfer,etc.;3. Responsible for the investigation and prevention of human resources risks in the factory according to local laws and regulations.4.
