工作职责
1, Setting the HR agenda. 2, Develop HR strategies, policies and practices. 3, Improve and monitor employee productivity. 4, Adjust compensation and benefit programmes. 5, Manage employee wellness programmes. 6, Improve employee-employer relations. 7, Assess employee needs. 8, Supervise recruitment. 9, Manage and allocate human resources funds. 10, Collaborate with department heads. 11, Provide HR support to business units to address talent shortages.
职位要求
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or higher, HRBP management experience preferred. - At least 3-5 years of HRBP experience. - More foreign talent development channels. - Good planning and organisational skills, as well as management and leadership skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders. - Ability to take a proactive approach to problem solving. - Highly resourceful team player who also has the ability to work extremely well independently. - Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and adapt to a variety of competitive demands.
