工作职责
1.Target Grade Level: Grades 3 to 6 (students aged 8-12), responsible for teaching any one subject (Chinese, Mathematics, Science, Art, etc.) under the IB PYP framework, and required to independently undertake unit inquiry design and teaching tasks for the corresponding grade level.
2. Onboarding Time: Arrive one week before the start of the new semester in February 2026, and participate in the school's annual PYP curriculum planning meeting, new semester unit teaching and research preparation meeting, and on-campus pre-service training (including school culture, teaching management processes, etc.).

4.Campus Collaboration
Participate in unit planning meetings organized by the PYP coordinator of the primary section, and refine inquiry themes with teachers of the same grade; cooperate with the moral education department to organize campus activities such as "International Mindedness Week" and "Cultural Inquiry Exhibition".
5.Teaching Implementation
Design subject-specific Inquiry Units (UOI) aligned with IB PYP principles based on the cognitive characteristics of students aged 8-12. Each unit must incorporate three core elements: concept-driven learning, interdisciplinary connection, and real-world situational tasks (e.g., combining the mathematical concept of "measurement" with a "environmental data research" project in science class).
6.Student Support
Focus on the social-emotional development of students in Grades 3-6 (such as fostering independent learning habits in upper primary students), and guide students to achieve the IB Learner Profile through methods like the "learning partner system" and "reflection journals".
7.Campus Collaboration

职位要求
1. Identity & Qualifications
Must be a native English speaker (Caucasian) and meet the application criteria for a Chinese Cultural and Educational Visa (the school will assist with visa application materials).
Must hold a bachelor's degree or above in Education, English, Linguistics or related majors, and possess a TEFL/TESOL (at least 120 hours) or CELTA certificate.
2. Experience Preference
Candidates with more than 3 years of full-time teaching experience in primary schools are preferred; those with teaching experience in IB PYP schools (required to provide unit design cases or training certificates) will have a significant competitive edge
3.Salary & Accommodation
Pre-tax monthly salary ranges from RMB 23,000 to 27,000 (tiered based on education and experience), including accommodation benefits (you can opt for the teacher apartment provided by the school or receive a housing subsidy of the corresponding amount).
4.Exclusive Benefits
Flight Allowance: RMB 2,500 is provided annually to cover transportation expenses for traveling between the home country and China during summer and winter vacations.
Relocation Allowance: Newly hired teachers can apply for a one-time relocation subsidy (the amount is determined based on the actual relocation distance).
5. Holiday Salary: Summer and winter vacations are paid leave, with 50% of the monthly basic salary disbursed (subject to completing semester wrap-up work).
Children's Benefits: Eligible teachers' children receive priority admission to the school (enjoying tuition fee reduction policies).
6.Insurance Benefits: Comprehensive commercial medical insurance (including outpatient and inpatient services) is provided to cover medical needs during employment.
