Participate in the planning, design management and drawing review of architectural and structural disciplines for various projects. Responsible for the review, confirmation and finalization of architectural and structural requirements. Assist superiors in compiling annual budgets and work plans, control project progress, and ensure that actual project costs are within the budget. Lead the review of technical schemes for architectural and structural disciplines during the planning and construction phases, and the review of design changes and engineering changes. Cooperate in completing the optimization of building material schemes and the improvement and innovation of structural method optimization schemes. Implement the work plans arranged by superiors. Responsible for the daily management of the company's engineering department, conduct comprehensive management and process supervision of all the company's projects; guide the implementation of projects and supervise and inspect the progress and engineering quality of project completion. Establish good cooperative relationships with government functional departments and external consulting units to provide a platform for work development. Responsible for process supervision of various projects; manage construction safety and control project costs. Team Management: Conduct internal project management and team building to improve team cohesion and combat effectiveness. Responsible for strengthening the all-round supervision of project business quality.

Education and Major: No restriction on education background; graduated with a major in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related fields. Language Requirements: Proficient in Mandarin; English can be used as a working language; able to proficiently read English technical documents related to engineering. Experience Requirements: More than 10 years of experience in architecture, structure, real estate development and on-site construction management in large enterprises or groups; possess experience in office building architecture and structural engineering planning and design, on-site construction management; have work experience in design institutes, engineering design projects, or as an engineering director or similar position in construction units; have rich technical knowledge in architectural and structural engineering. Experience in overseas project operation is preferred (experience in Southeast Asian project operation and familiarity with local laws and regulations are more preferred). Able to carry out work from a global and overall perspective; familiar with Indonesian government laws and regulations related to construction engineering.
