工作职责
1. Deliver high-quality English language courses to students aged 3-12, following the Oxford curriculum system and institutional teaching guidelines. 2. Design engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans, incorporating interactive activities, games, storytelling, and multimedia resources to stimulate students’ interest in English learning. 3. Assess students’ learning progress regularly through class participation, quizzes, assignments, and parent-teacher conferences, providing personalized feedback and learning suggestions. 4. Create a positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom atmosphere that encourages students to communicate in English confidently. 5. Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic team to optimize teaching materials, share best practices, and participate in curriculum development and teaching research activities. 6. Maintain close communication with parents via regular updates, progress reports, and parent workshops to ensure effective home-school collaboration. 7. Participate in institutional training sessions, staff meetings, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends. 8. Assist in organizing English-related extracurricular activities, such as English corners, competitions, and cultural events, to enrich students’ learning experience.
职位要求
1. Native English Speaker: Fluent in English with pure pronunciation and idiomatic expression (native-level proficiency is mandatory). 2. Teaching Qualifications: Possession of TESOL/TEFL certification (or equivalent English teaching qualifications) is a significant advantage; candidates with relevant certifications will be prioritized. 3. Curriculum Familiarity: Proficient in the Oxford English curriculum system, with a deep understanding of teaching methodologies suitable for 3-12 years old students. 4. Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching English to children aged 3-12 is highly preferred; candidates with experience in international schools or reputable language institutions will be given priority. 5. Classroom Style: Energetic, patient, and creative in teaching; able to interact effectively with young students and maintain their attention throughout the class. 6. Professional Attitude: Responsible, reliable, and passionate about early childhood and primary English education; willing to adapt to the institutional teaching philosophy and work schedule. 7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to cooperate with colleagues, communicate with parents, and build positive relationships with students. 8. Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in China (willing to undergo visa application procedures with institutional support).
