Roles and key working target Based on customer and PM demands, support mechanical engineer on new product PCBA layout, design, evaluation, test and failure analysis, to finish new product sample development and making target to meet new project development requirements Based on customer and PM demands: - support mechanical engineer on new product PCBA layout, design, evaluation, test and failure analysis, to finish new product sample development and making target to meet new project development requirements. - join in new project and new product research and development, assist mechanical engineer make electronic parts design, test, failure analysis, and trouble shooting. - Join in new project feasibility study, including technology, sampling, manufacturing and costing. Based on new product development needs: - make out product electronic parts program, select electronic spare parts selecting and evaluation. - Finish product electronic circuit design and layout. - Sampling electronic parts communication. - Sample electronic function test and failure analysis, design improvement and problem solving. - Mass production electronic problem solving. - Assist R&D Manager, PM and mechanical engineer to achieve target of project delivery, costing and quality. - May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualification and core competency - Over bachelor, majored on automation, electronic and IT. - experience on consumable electronic parts R&D. - Master digital circuit and simulation circuit knowledge, have experience of electronic component selecting and evaluation. - Have ability on electronic function failure analysis, design and problem solving. - Grasp lab electronic testing tool and device, as well as electronic design software. - Have good communication ability, coordination ability, project management. - work hard, high sense of responsibility, professional; detail-oriented, sensitive to data, logic thinking. - Assist R&D Manager, PM and mechanical engineer to achieve target of project delivery, costing and quality. - May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
