Sinotec is accelerating its global expansion, and we are looking for a highly strategic and financially astute M&A Professional to drive our international growth.In this role, you will spearhead our cross-border M&A initiatives, leveraging your industry insights, robust financial fundamentals, and investment banking network to identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact deals in the auto parts sector.Key Responsibilities:Deal Execution: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of overseas M&A projects, from deal sourcing and screening to negotiation, execution, and post-merger integration.Industry Strategy: Deep-dive into the global automotive components sector to identify strategic investment opportunities that align with our growth roadmap.Network Management: Actively engage and manage relationships with top-tier investment banks, PE firms, financial advisors, and other external stakeholders to source proprietary deals.Financial Rigor: Lead rigorous financial due diligence, build complex financial models, and execute precise corporate valuations to ensure sound investment decisions.

Qualifications:Industry Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience within the automotive components / auto parts industry. You understand the supply chain, industry trends, and key global players.Cross-Border M&A & IB Resources: A proven track record of successfully closing overseas M&A deals. You must possess a strong, established network of investment banking and financial advisory resources.Language Proficiency: Fluent/Native-level English is mandatory. You must be highly comfortable leading complex international negotiations, drafting deal documents, and communicating with overseas stakeholders seamlessly.Solid Financial Foundation: Outstanding investment fundamentals. You possess a strong background in finance, accounting, financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and risk assessment.
