* Follow ITIL processes to log all requests in ticketing system. Requests include incoming calls, e-mail requests, WeChat requests. * Create and close service tickets (incident, request and project tasks) in the ticketing service system. Monitor and follow up on tickets until the closing of the assigned tickets. * Regularly report and review the service status and communicate to the end user (i.e. follow-up, notification of delays, notification of completion). * Troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems; software installations and upgrades; provide first level of support for applications, network, server, and information security. * Research, resolve, and respond to questions received in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Continuous development of communication skills, problem solving techniques, and the creation of more efficient support methods. * Proactive attitude towards resolution of tickets

* 3 years of experience working in a corporate environment supporting Microsoft technology (Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Office 2013 & 2016) * IT related bachelor or technical degree preferred * Business level English is preferred * Experience in using a Helpdesk based ticketing system * Experience in supporting desktops & laptops, printers, Windows mobile devices, security equipment, desktop and Microsoft/Adobe suite of applications. * Active Directory and DHCP and network/server management/application skill are a plus * Basic experience in working with Cisco switches, routers, wireless APs, VLAN, VPN. * Knowledge of backup and recovery systems * Good communication skill & Self motivated * Customer Service oriented thinking and attitude * Good time management skill - can prioritize workload well * Good follow up and monitoring skill * Ability to travel as needed to deploy and support corporate offices.
