工作职责
IT Sales ConsultantResponsibilitiesTo help deliver AVTech's strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for: · Reporting to the Foreign Sales Manager;· Work with the outside sales team and Senior consultants on sales opportunities; · Communicate & coordinate with clients, vendors & suppliers to maximize each outcome; · Work with vendors and distributors to source customer procurement options · Account management, presales and consulting with clients about hardware/software/services needs; · Placing orders with suppliers and updating clients; · Maintain a high level of customer service, both internally and externally; · First point of contact for all incoming enquiries; · Perform lead generation activities as directed. Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Personality Attributes To help deliver AVTech's strategy the successful candidate MUST HAVE the following skills, experience, qualifications and personality attributes: · Skills & Experience o Interns, graduates and experienced people can apply (senior positions available) o Excellent presentation and communications skills in English & Chinese; o Knowledge & strong interest in general ICT hardware, software and networking; o Demonstrable ability to work in fast changing environments; o Proactive and team oriented; o Ability to open conversations and close deals; o Basic knowledge of office applications (MS Windows. Word, Excel, Power Point). o Existing China IT distributor experience and relationships an advantage o Track record of target achievement would be an advantage; · Qualifications Undergraduates or graduates with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred; Other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage; Customer service and/or marketing experience would be an advantage. · Personality Attributes o Professionally presented; o Motivated to reach individual and team targets and incentive levels o Self motivated and willing to work outside the normal business working hours to meet business and client expectations; o A positive, results oriented and customer focused attitude; o A desire to take responsibility and ownership to see actions/issues through to completion; The ability to adapt to a changing environment that requires proactive and innovative solutions.
