工作职责
Personnel: 1. Communicate with employees, understand the ideological dynamics, and provide professional counseling for employees' career planning. 职位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology, with at least one year of experience in personnel work and at least one year of experience in personnel administration. 2. Familiar with national and local labor policies and regulations, especially those related to social insurance and labor relations. 3. Familiar with and proficient in the processes and administrative management of the human resource management module. 4. Strong influence, communication and coordination skills, good learning and copywriting abilities, proficient in office computer software such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. 5. Possess strong team leadership skills, a strong sense of responsibility and fairness, good communication skills, adaptability, and human resources skills. 6.
