Deliver high-quality Business Management lessons for Grades 10–12 (IBDP SL & HL) in accordance with the IB Diploma Programme curriculum.<br/>Design unit plans, develop inquiry-based learning experiences, and integrate authentic business case studies into classroom teaching.<br/>Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students by providing targeted intervention for students requiring additional support while extending learning opportunities for high-achieving students.<br/>Plan, administer, and evaluate unit assessments and mock examinations, analyse student performance data, and continuously refine teaching strategies to improve learning outcomes.<br/>IB Assessment and Academic Supervision<br/>Independently supervise students throughout the complete Business Management Internal Assessment (IA) process, including topic selection, research planning, data collection, report writing, feedback, and multiple rounds of revision.<br/>Supervise Business Management Extended Essays (EE) and guide students in producing high-quality academic research.<br/>Prepare students thoroughly for IB examinations through structured practice, assessment criteria familiarisation, and effective examination techniques.<br/>Uphold the highest standards of academic integrity throughout all assessment processes.<br/>Curriculum Development and Department Collaboration<br/>Participate actively in collaborative planning, curriculum development, lesson observations, peer feedback, and school-based curriculum improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, International Business, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Candidates with an overseas academic background in Business are preferred.<br/>Demonstrated experience teaching the full IBDP Business Management curriculum at the secondary level, with the ability to independently deliver both SL and HL courses.<br/>Proven experience supervising Business Management Internal Assessments (IA) and Extended Essays (EE) throughout the entire research and writing process.<br/>Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to teach entirely in English and independently prepare lesson plans, assessment reports, and other teaching-related documentation.<br/>
