工作职责
Main Responsibilities Customer relationship building and maintenance Identify and reach out to potential key accounts to establish initial business contacts. Regularly visit existing major customers to gain a deeper understanding of their business needs and challenges and ensure customer satisfaction. Plan and execute customer care activities to enhance customer loyalty and brand identity. Sales Business Development Analyze industry trends and market dynamics of major customers to explore potential business opportunities. Formulate sales strategies and plans for major customers to promote business cooperation. Coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate the signing of sales contracts and order fulfillment. Customized Solution Provision Provide customized product or service solutions according to the specific needs of major customers. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the technical feasibility and implementation effect of the solutions. Follow up the implementation process of the solution and solve the customer's feedback in a timely manner. Cross-departmental collaboration and communication Maintain close communication with internal departments (e.g., technology, production, finance, etc.) to ensure the smooth realization of large customers' needs. Coordinate the handling of major customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in important company meetings and decisions, and provide suggestions from customer perspective for company's strategic development. Market analysis and competitive intelligence collection Pay attention to competitors' dynamics in the field of key accounts, collect and analyze relevant information. Regularly assess the business value and potential risks of key accounts to support company's decision making.
职位要求
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, majoring in computer/software, sales, marketing is preferred. - Good image, cheerful, positive, responsible, strong execution, considerate, kind. - Strong learning ability, analyzing ability and execution ability. - Gentle and courteous, excellent sales skills. - Proficient in computer skills, including windows, office, PPT skills. - Proficient in English. - Experience in hotel marketing/product sales is preferred.
