工作职责
Personnel responsibilities - Optimal arrangement of working time, fulfill the tasks according to Edscha process; - Responsible for the presence and inform Sales Director your vocation plan in advance; - To ensure discipline, order and cleanness in working area; - Responsible for EAT Staff Manual and other relative regulation; Functional responsibilities - Supporting EAT Sales Department by defining and updating the working process of EAT sales department and RFQ procedure of Edscha Great China and ensuring the implementation; - Sales coordination between sales organization of Edscha group and the production plants in Great China; - Coordination between Edscha production units and customers in China concerning sales activities; - Development of new customers; - Developing and improving customer relationship, acquiring customer expectations and requirements and forward the information to concerned Edscha business units; - Accepting and reacting to customer RFQs according to Edscha strategy; - Acting business negotiation with customers; - Collecting and analyzing market and competitor information on Chinese automobile industry, support making Edscha strategy in great China by reporting the analysis result to Sales Director; - Reporting to EAT Sales Director and executing other tasks EAT Sales Director assign to;
职位要求
- University Degree or above. - Good sales skills theoretically and practically. - Strong communication and team spirit. - Native language Japanese, Fluent in English. German language knowledge is an advantage. - Able to travel frequently
