The Role We’re looking for a senior early years educator to lead a blended Montessori, EYFS, Reggio, Froebel, and IB PYP program. You’ll work in a modern, well-resourced kindergarten with full teaching support and a collaborative team. What You’ll Do Design and deliver integrated, inquiry-based lessons across multiple early years pedagogies Coach and mentor junior teachers on classroom setup, observation, and portfolio documentation Assess children’s developmental progress and adapt instruction accordingly Lead parent workshops and curriculum events to strengthen home-school partnerships Support accreditation and curriculum documentation
