PONGO is looking for experienced individuals to join the Influencer & Campaign Specialist Team with highly appraised skills in social media campaign management. This position requires you to manage the end-to-end of campaign execution that produces strong result - and at the same time you will need to be a seasoned individual who can manage multiple stakeholders involved in the running of campaigns, possess excellent organization skills to ensure smooth execution of campaign, and owns great crisis management skills. Devise strategies to maintain relationship with stakeholders (ie. client, vendors, influencers) with excellent services so that repeat business is a norm Campaign Management: Ensures smooth execution of social media campaigns through efforts in liaising with client and influencers Ensures expectations are managed by providing clear briefs and updates to clients and influencers Timeline: ensure that all timelines of campaigns are met, if not overdeliver Ability in managing and solving crisis should the situation arises Influencer Management: ● Ensure that relationship is built and managed with influencers, with strong bonds and trust created. ● Scout and recruit for up and coming influencers to be in the network of PONGO. ● Engage, liaise and collaborate with brands and businesses in the matter of sponsorship. ● To perform adhoc duties as and when needed. ● To work with our company for social media postings on PONGO platforms that results in business enquiries.

Job Requirements: ● Min. of 2 years of working experience in social media industry ● Experience in leading and managing a team is required ● Excellent interpersonal skill & communication skills in both written and verbal medium ● Highly attentive to details ● Strong analytical skill with a passion in problem solving ● Strong ability to juggle and manage your priority and always be on your toe ● Able to work well under stress; multitasking is your strength
