1.Offer warm welcome and greetings to all people entering hotel via hotel main entrance area. 2.Offer assistance to all people entering the hotel. Answering questions and directing people to their destinations. 3.Answer phone calls and record messages. 4.Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Front Office. 5.Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other colleagues and departments. 6.Actively listen to and consider the concerns of other colleagues, responding appropriately and effectively. 7.Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals.

EDUCATION: College education, major in Hospitality or Tourism management or other related majors. EXPERIENCES: Front Office experiences or 2 years and above Front Desk experiences. QUALITY: Enthusiasm in work, carefulness ABILITY: Good communication and coordination ability, and good team spirit.
