With our extensive experience and wide-reaching network, we are proud to deliver the highest quality project personnel in partnership with some of World’s largest resources companies.Myndshift Group has been engaged by our client partner to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager with HME Mobile Plant experience to deliver key outcomes for our client's new international greenfield project.Reporting to the Plant Manager you will be employed on a permanent basis working a 6 weeks on 3 weeks off roster with travel allowance supplied from your point of hire.Key Responsibilities: Ensure effective resource allocation (such as people, equipment, and resources) to meet maintenance work targets and schedules Define performance expectations for Maintenance personnel and monitor performance Track maintenance performance (through Superintendents, Supervisors and Leading Hands), and ensure operational issues are managed and communicated in a timely manner Review plant performance (in terms of availability, breakdowns and backlog) and ensure remedial or preventative action is taken as necessary Prepare and monitor budgets and track expenditure Liaise with the wider leadership team to ensure plant availability needed to optimise production levelsGive me a call or shoot me an email to discuss this role in more detail.Mark Powell - DirectorMyndshift Group0488 745 454

About You: 3+ years' experience in a similar role at Maintenance Manager level Previous international work experience with large greenfield projects (Desirable) Trade qualification, plus further tertiary study and significant experience in the management of mobile and fixed mining equipment maintenance Demonstrated positive safety leadership skills and safety behaviour Effective people management and development experience and skills Strong organisational, communication and planning skills Demonstrated positive safety leadership skills and safety behaviour
