工作职责
工作职责: 1、协助销售经理与客户进行沟通,包括会议、电话、邮件等。 2、协助运营公司社媒账号、组织路演、培训以及其他市场推广活动。 3、跟进客户需求,处理订单、合同、付款及相关销售工作。 4、支持本地办公室的日常运营,包括行政协调、文档管理、财务对接、售后服务中心运营等。 5、收集本地市场信息,开拓销售线索,反馈客户需求,帮助团队优化本地销售策略。 Assist the Sales Manager in communicating with clients, including meetings, phone calls, emails, etc. Assist in operating the company's social media accounts, organizing roadshows, training and other marketing activities. Follow up on customer needs, handle orders, contracts, payments and related sales work. Support the daily operation of the local office, including administrative coordination, document management, financial liaison, after-sales service center operation, etc. Collect local market information, develop sales leads, feedback customer needs, and help the team optimize local sales strategies.
职位要求
任职要求 1、越南语和中文流利,可作为工作语言。 2、具备销售支持、客户服务或办公室运营相关经验者优先。 3、沟通能力强,注重细节,有良好的跨文化协作意识。 4、能熟练使用Office办公软件。 5、性格积极主动,抗压性强,能适应灵活的工作安排。 Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese, able to use both as working languages. Experience in sales support, customer service or office operations is preferred. Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, with good cross-cultural collaboration awareness. Proficient in Office software. Proactive personality, strong ability to work under pressure, and able to adapt to flexible work arrangements.
