Job requirements： 1、 Doctor’s Degree in Microelectronics, machinery, MEMS, materials or highly related field 2、 Minimum 8 years experience in the MEMS industry，Experience on MEMS development 3、 Knowledge of MEMS fabrication 4、 Familiar with at least one MEMS simulation tool 5、 Good knowledge of electrical circuits would be very helpful 6、 Experience on MEMS test 7、 Excellent analysis skills 8、 Must be a good team player
