This position is a Management Trainee (Modern Agriculture Services Sector) at Sanya Environmental Agriculture Investment Group Co.,Ltd., focusing on modern agriculture, marine economy, and seed industry technology transfer. The trainee will be integrated into the company's Management Trainee Development Program, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's core business and operational management through a systematic cross-departmental rotation. Under the guidance of mentors, the trainee will participate in real projects, take on corresponding business responsibilities, and accumulate comprehensive management experience. Salary Range: 7,000 – 10,000 RMB/month, plus performance bonuses and special benefits for management trainees.
