1. Current teaching certification. 2. A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Education or the area of expertise required. 3. Previous teaching experience, and strong knowledge in the area of teaching drama to young students. 4. IB Theatre teaching experience preferred. 5. A good understanding of the IB MYP drama and DP Theatre curriculum. 6. A proven collaborator skilled at working well with others. 7. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills 8. Expertise in building active, collaborative classroom programs which develop a sense of classroom community and trust. 9. A proven ability to differentiate instruction and integrate learning.
