Cultivate and certify national outsourcing resources, and build a national outsourcing resource pool. Implement strategies such as outsourcing resources and shares in project execution. Organize outsourcer performance evaluation, managing outsourcing problems, proposing improvement measures, and organizing improvement. Verifying compliance with outsourcing processes, monitoring and implementing on-site management standard actions, including purchase order issuance, settlement, and payment. Daily communication, problem management, and relationship maintenance of subcontractors. For project bidding support, the main work is to conduct outsourcing inquiry, analysis, clarification, and negotiation according to the requirements of outsourcing.

Bachelor degree in economics, business administration, engineering or law or have comparable professional experience. At least 2 years of professional experience in similar positions and engineering project experience with local operators is preferred. Advanced level in English and German including the ability to present complex topics in a comprehensive way. Strong sense of self-motivation, a delivery-oriented mindset, and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Willing to learn various topics and take on challenging tasks independently round off your profile. Team player and cooperative, flexible to adjust the schedule base on project requirements. Located in Vienna and accept short-term travel within the CEE region if needed.
