工作职责
1.非洲区当地员工人事管理,合同文本,会议等日常翻译; 2.负责与当地人事相关政府部门文件和日常沟通对接; 3.负责当地员工与中国员工的翻译协调,紧急事件处理; 4.负责当地各项厂区活动组织; 5.负责当地员工日常薪资考勤管理核对和工资发放。 Handle daily translation work such as personnel management of local employees, contract documents and meetings in the African region. Be responsible for document processing and daily communication with local government departments related to personnel affairs. Undertake translation coordination between local and Chinese employees, and handle emergency incidents. Organize various on-site activities in the local factory area. Be responsible for the daily verification of local employees' salary and attendance management, as well as salary disbursement.
职位要求
1、法语听说书写均非常流利; 2、办事认真,谨慎细心,耐心; 3、工作积极,有良好的职业道德; 4、大专以上学历,有1年以上工作经验,有良好的沟通能力; 5、法语相当于专业八级或者B2以上水平。 Fluent in French listening, speaking, reading and writing. Meticulous and prudent in work, with great patience. Proactive at work and with good professional ethics. College degree or above, with more than 1 year of working experience and excellent communication skills. French proficiency equivalent to TEM-8 or B2 level and above.
