1. Responsible for market development in the South American region (Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, etc.), maintaining relationships with existing customers, and developing new customers; 2. Complete the annual sales plan and execution plan, achieve the planned sales targets and account collection in the region, enhance brand awareness and influence; 3. Conduct market and customer research and analysis in the responsible area, and propose customer, market, product positioning, and development recommendations that are suitable for the company's sales strategy; Timely feedback on market and customer information, support research departments in developing products with more market prospects; 4. Establish a directory of overseas major clients, improve customer profiles, maintain customer relationships, and develop business; 5. Timely handle customer complaints and other related matters, provide high-quality services to customers in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction; 6. Conduct market research, timely collect, provide feedback, analyze key market information, and conduct research on competitors; 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications for the position: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, Chinese and Spanish can be used as working languages. 2. Goal oriented, with strong adaptability, teamwork ability, strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline, etc; 3. Those who are interested in engaging in agricultural industries, have knowledge of agriculture and plant protection, or are familiar with international trade operation processes and relevant laws and regulations are preferred; 4.
