工作职责
1.Managing all business development aspects of TCL’s partnerships, with a primary focus on sales revenue growth and a healthy sellout pipeline 2.Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to TCL’s sales rules of engagement 3.Managing and being the main point of contact for channel partners 4.Aggressively driving partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support 5.Managing sales orders and providing status to partners and/or manager 6.Creating business management tools and processes to streamline partner management 7.Working to drive marketing programs and events to increase brand exposure 8.Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills 9.Demonstrating telco industry knowledge, especially mobile handset business 10.Providing weekly reporting of revenue forecasts and sellout and to take proactive action to ensure channel inventory is maintained at practical level 11.Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products 12.Attending and participating in sales meetings and product introductions, and finding any business chances 13.Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations
职位要求
1.Bachelors Degree required 2. At least over 5 years' experience of channel management or retail management in consumer electronics industry or related fields 3. Knowledge of mobile devices or wireless communication product market preferred 4. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (verbal and written) 5. Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple partners 6. Ability to work in a team environment 7. Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions
