Company Overview We are a fast-growing tech company focusing on global social products, with our core product Chatta gaining strong market recognition in multiple regions. We are now looking for outstanding overseas operation talents to join our team, drive the growth of Chatta in target regions, and build a solid local user base. Work Location Beijing/Guangzhou (at least 4 months of business trip in Beijing in the early stage) Job Responsibilities - Be responsible for the daily operation of our core productChatta in the assigned region (Turkey/Vietnam/Thailand/Russia/Indonesia/Africa), including user growth, activity promotion, and user retention. - Deeply understand the local social culture, user habits and market characteristics, formulate and implement localized operation strategies to improve product penetration and user stickiness. - Coordinate with the internal language team to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of localized operations, such as content localization, user service and feedback collection. - Track and analyze operation data (user activity, retention rate, conversion rate, etc.), summarize operation experience, and continuously optimize operation strategies. - Cooperate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, marketing) to promote the iteration and optimization of localized product functions and meet local user needs.

- Priority will be given to candidates with local language proficiency (corresponding to the assigned region) and overseas social product operation experience in the target region. - Candidates with overseas social product operation experience in the target region (without local language proficiency) will also be considered, as there is a professional language team in the company to provide support. - Chinese proficiency is preferred but not mandatory. - Meet the requirements for work visa application . - Have a good understanding of the local social product market, sensitive to market trends, and have strong problem-solving and execution abilities. - Willing to accept business trips: at least 4 months of business trip in Beijing in the early stage of employment. - Proactive, responsible, with good communication skills and team cooperation spirit, able to work independently under pressure.
