Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for overseas user operation, user transformation, retention and activation strategies; 2. Data analysis, analysis based on activity results, optimization of scheme strategies; 3. Collected user feedback and communicated with the product and R&D team; 4. Participate in the company's strategic goal planning, responsible for the formulation and adjustment of the company's overseas product strategy and product development goals, and responsible for the promotion of the overall product project; 5. Responsible for resource integration, maintenance, design of project cooperation plans, and coordination of specific matters in the implementation process; 6. Conducted preliminary investigation and evaluation of the project according to the selection criteria of the project, and issued a preliminary feasibility evaluation report; 7. Responsible for collecting relevant market information, able to conduct market research independently and form comprehensive research reports. Salary range: 10-25k, depending on your ability

Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing 2. User operation experience is preferred, overseas work experience is preferred 3. Have structured and data-oriented thinking, result-oriented, good at coordinating resources and promoting projects. 4. Understand the overall logic of Internet operation, have keen insight and judgment on information, and have the ability to learn quickly 5. Strong communication skills, able to connect and communicate with overseas markets independently. 6. Familiar with overseas mainstream social software, channel development and marketing experience is preferred.
