工作职责
Work Location: Based in Beijing Job Responsibilities - Take charge of the full - lifecycle operation of products in overseas markets (such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia, etc.), covering product function design, interaction design and the management of core operational data growth. Formulate targeted operational strategies and implement them to increase the number, activity and retention rate of overseas product users. - Coordinate overseas user growth initiatives, including but not limited to ASO optimization, operation of overseas social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), and KOL collaborations, so as to expand customer acquisition channels. - Conduct research on user needs, competitor dynamics and industry trends in target overseas markets. - Combine user research, feedback collection and data analysis to summarize product optimization strategies and drive product iteration and improvement. Meanwhile, have independent logical thinking regarding the acquisition, analysis, optimization and operation of product content, and output research reports to support product optimization. - Establish an overseas user feedback system, collect and sort out user opinions and problems in a timely manner, coordinate with product, technical and other teams to promote problem - solving, and enhance user experience. - Assist in the planning and execution of overseas marketing activities, link internal and external resources, and improve the brand influence of products in overseas markets.
职位要求
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above, with 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in overseas product operations or overseas marketing promotion. Candidates with overseas operation experience in cross - border APPs, tool - based products or e - commerce products are preferred. - Native English speaker with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English. Be proficient in handling English work orders and community communications from overseas users, and have cross - cultural communication awareness. Foreign nationals are given priority, followed by overseas Chinese. - Possess strong data analysis capabilities and basic data sensitivity. Be able to use tools like Excel for basic data processing and chart creation. Have excellent logical thinking skills and cross - departmental communication and coordination abilities, and be able to respond quickly to market changes. - Have outstanding communication skills and empathy. Be patient and able to properly handle user problems. - Be proactive in work, have a strong sense of responsibility and fast learning ability, be able to adapt to a fast - paced working environment, have strong pressure resistance, and possess a good team spirit.
